The people behind AASE
Our Team
Every AASE course is taught by working tailors from Savile Row and the Italian tradition.

Reina Inoguchi
Academy Director & Instructor — AASE
Reina Inoguchi has been with AASE since it opened in 2018, looking after students and the day-to-day running of the academy. A London coat maker who works with some of Savile Row’s most respected tailoring houses, she specialises in the bespoke coat. As Academy Director, she is now leading AASE’s opening in London, bringing British structure and Italian elegance together under one roof, and holding every course to the standard of the Row.

Youngho Kwon
Technical Director & Master Tailor — AASE
Youngho Kwon spent years working at the bench in Rome and Milan, including for Gaetano Aloisio. He founded Accademia Alta Sartoria Europea in Seoul in 2018, and has taught bespoke tailoring ever since, including at Savile Row Bespoke Academy in London. In London he also worked as Head Tailor at Maurice Sedwell, and he is currently a Senior Tailor at Huntsman & Sons on Savile Row. Today, as Technical Director, he sets and guards the craft standards behind every AASE course, from the first chalk line to the final press.
